Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Boise Car Rentals, we strive to provide a fair and flexible cancellation process for our customers.

Reservation Cancellations

You may cancel your reservation at no charge if the cancellation is made at least three (3) days before your scheduled rental start date and time.

Cancellations made less than three (3) days before the scheduled pickup time may not be eligible for a refund. If you have questions about your reservation, please contact our customer support team.

Early Return Refunds

If you have already picked up your rental vehicle and choose to return it before the end of your reserved rental period, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

Refunds for early returns are prorated based on:

• The actual number of days the vehicle was rented, and
• The number of unused rental days remaining on your original reservation.

Any applicable taxes, fees, or optional services may be adjusted accordingly and may not be refundable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the reservation. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after it has been processed.
